This is the application for a PRODUCER STALL for EAT! Food Festival Reigate Priory Park 11.00am - 6.00pm Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th July 2018.

This application is for a 3x3m pre-allocated pitch space only. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN GAZEBO/STALL. You will be requested to provide images. All trader gazebos/stalls must be suitably weighted. Please indicate whether you are requesting to bring your own generator. Generators are only allowed on site with festival agreement.
If you would like to request on-site power, there are additional fees dependent on your requirements & electrical loadings. You will need to state the wattage of each appliance being used. This must be clearly noted on your booking form as the electrical load to your stand will be based on the information you give. Fee: 13amp: £50 - 16amp: £75
If you intend on selling alcohol you may be required to apply for a TEN from Reigate and Banstead Borough Council.
Pitch fee: £110 + VAT per day
PLEASE NOTE: This is a TWO day event and you are applying to attend BOTH days.
All traders MUST USE BIODEGRADABLE CUTLERY, BOXES, CUPS & STRAWS. No polystyrene or plastic will be permitted.
On site services provided: 1) On site over night security. 2) Access to fresh water standpipe. 3) Trade Waste disposable facilities/area.
On successful application you will be required to supply the following that apply:
1) Food traders are required to carry £5 million cover and non-food £1 million Public Liability cover. 2) Local Authority Registration. 3) Gas Safe Cert. 4) Electrical equipment PAT tested & certified. 5) Food Hygiene Certificate. 6) Risk Assessment.
